  • Store your Stephanie Spencer hat or headpiece in the box provided. Do not store in plastic bags as most pieces are made from natural fibres and will not be able to breathe
  • Do not store or display in direct sunlight. Exposure to sunlight can discolour your piece. Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated area without any objects or pressure on top of your piece, which can potentially distort or damage your piece
  • Do not store your hat on a peg or a wall hook as it can distort the shape of your hat
  • Avoid exposure to extreme weather conditions and do not wear in the rain under any circumstances
  • Avoid contact with hair products, heat, or steam
  • Never leave your hat or headpiece in a hot car
  • Your felt hat can be gently cleaned with a soft damp cloth, a clothes brush and can be spot cleaned lightly with 400grit sandpaper. Do not clean or spot clean other pieces
